Report from Ferrari National Dealer Meeting

I recently attended the Ferrari National Dealer Meeting, which was conducted at the Breakers Hotel in Palm Beach, Florida just prior to the Cavallino festivities. The mood is very upbeat at Ferrari with 2011 sales increasing almost 12% in the North American market. The company is planning for another moderate growth year in the range of 10% while it continues to focus on improving the customer experience and maintaining the brand value. All 2012 and newer models now come standard with 7-year/100,000 complimentary maintenance.

Ferrari North America has mandated that all of the dealers in North America enroll in Ferrari product and customer satisfaction training. Each staff member (20 out of our 25 employees) needed to complete 12 hours of Ferrari web training and testing ranging from history of Ferrari and technical aspects of individual models to phone sales skills. I am proud to announce that we have completed all of our tests with flying colors amounting to over 200 hours of study.

FCA Central States Region Annual Track Weekend at Gingerman Raceway

On May 18th – 20th The FCA Central States region will return to Gingerman Raceway in South Haven, Michigan for its annual track weekend. Gingerman is a very technical and safe track to experience the capabilities of your Ferrari or Maserati.
