Getting in Shape for Swim Season
Look your best this summer.

There are dozens of fad diets promising quick and easy weight loss, but the truth is there’s no magic formula, powder or pill to melt away weight. The trick is really no trick at all: A reduced-calorie diet coupled with exercise. You don’t have to deprive yourself of your favorite foods or sweat for hours to see results, either. Every race day I think of just how many items can go wrong or simply break causing what we call catastrophic damage. What comes to mind immediately is a belt drive. Whether it is an internal or an external driven belt, when one breaks it is usually catastrophic and takes you out of the game immediately.
