Are you aware of a federal regulation known as Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), which may provide additional Private Line and Frame Relay opportunities? Over the next three years many health related businesses will need to incorporate a specialized HIPAA approved encryption solution for their information transport.

Effective September 1, a new monthly rate of $1400 will replace the current rate of $1560 per month for Local/LD bundled T1/PRI. New and renewing customers are eligible for this reduced pricing. Any existing or future discounts for the Local/LD bundled T1/PRI can be applied to this new rate. The static contracts will reflect the updated pricing on September 1.

The Qwest Voice Advantage Interstate Revolution Promotion is a new Long Distance voice-only offer available to smaller-sized businesses that are new customers to Qwest.

REMINDER: On your customer's July 2003 invoices, Sprint implemented a Frame Relay base price increase impacting domestic ports and PVC’s for existing customers on both the TPX (Burst Express) and PSN2 (Enhanced Frame Relay) platforms.  This 10% price increase only impacts Port and PVC speeds up to 512k.
