Every year in a small town thirty miles north of Turin, a battle of historic proportions unfolds. Hundreds of townsfolk and thousands of visitors gather together to participate in a contest of hurtling oranges at passing carts representing the guards and henchmen of tyrants past. Ivrea happens also to be the hometown of Davide Marchegiano, our head guide and chief Italian Operations Manager. This year Davide plans to lead a group of intrepid Ciclismo guides to the crux of the action. We look forward to photos and accounts of their experience.
