Jay Dittmer, Principal Engineer, designed the PIWRFU because customers were “looking for a mount that can pivot, tilt, hug tight to the wall, offer room for the electrical box and easily pull from the wall – all while being innovative and different from the other swing arms on the market,” he said. “The biggest challenge was space, and making the mount narrow enough to fit between the studs and provide lateral shift while providing space for electrical outlets.”
The PIWRF simplifies flat panel installation, allowing perfect TV centering at any position within a 16” stud system. The patent-pending design eliminates the need to cut into studs or install headers, making it easy to achieve no-profile mounting. Each mount offers a full set of features including height adjustment and lateral shift to simplify installation and provide increased flexibility for the end-user. The sleek design of the PIWRF includes numerous patented features, like Centris™ fingertip tilt to achieve the ultimate viewing angle while remaining low profile. The mount ships as a complete in-wall swing arm with zero assembly required.
