CEP Performance Improvement Solutions Help Caterpillar Increase Sales
CEP worked with Caterpillar Americas Co. (CACo), the Latin American commercial subsidiary of Caterpillar, Inc., to assess performance and identify performance improvement strategies at the company's largest dealership. CEP worked closely with Caterpillar employees to develop strategies for improving performance, including development of a skills-based sales training program. In the first year following implementation of the strategies and programs recommended by CEP, Caterpillar saw an increase of 341% in "won back" sales and 225% in new sales.
