How to Guarantee You Hire the Right Person Everytime

Nothing is more important to an organization’s success as hiring and maintaining the right people.  It’s a seemingly simple concept of matching skills with job functions.  However, if two out of three resumes are embellished and, according to Fortune Magazine, only 66 percent of applicants actually tell the truth about their relevant experience, the hiring process becomes much more risky–and more costly.
