Employee Spotlight: Kyle Wilkerson
Service Advisor

Century BMW welcomes to the employee family Kyle Wilkerson as our newest service advisor. Wilkerson brings a lifetime of experience in the car industry to his clients. Having worked as a mechanic until 1990 at his father’s shop, Wilkerson decided to pursue other opportunities after his father retired and has spent the past 21 years continuing to add to his service experience.
In positions as shop foreman and parts and service manager, Kyle was ready to use his knowledge of what it takes to establish a solid relationship with clients and to fix their vehicles as service advisor at Century BMW when he joined the team in July.
“It’s about communicating with the customer, doing what you say you’re going to do, and making them feel comfortable with them leaving their vehicle with you to get repaired,” Wilkerson said he has learned.  
Wilkerson was quick to point out how Century BMW stands out from the prior companies he has worked with. “You can tell it’s a family run business, with them (the employees) being friendly and accommodating,” Wilkerson said. “Other places are all about numbers, and I didn’t want to do that.”
In addition to the 4 year/50,000 mile warranty on all new BMWs, Wilkerson has come to appreciate the franchise’s good reputation and how Century BMW’s service department supports that.
“Stan is a hands-on manager; he’ll get involved with the problem and is customer-satisfaction oriented,” Wilkerson said.
As service advisor at Century BMW, Wilkerson continues to be committed to listening to clients’ needs and making sure the job gets done well.
