Ceilidh Honda is in a search for the cutest Halloween Kid we have ever seen.   The photo will be used (with permission) in our next issue to announce the winner. All submissions must be recieved by October 31st @ 6 pm and the winner will be selected on November 1st and notified by e-mail. The submission must include, the name of the person submitting the photo as well as the first name and age of the trick or treater. Good luck to all!!
