Stuff your guests with this Chile Nacho Dip!
Ceilidh Honda staff recipe that is easy to make and is ideal for a holiday party or a family movie night!.
by Troy Peters (Redline Editor)

Ingredients:

1 large bag nacho chips
1 can of chile (Campbells Hot and Spicy works best)
4 tbsp salsa (You can be generous with the tbsp)
1 block cream cheese
2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or mix of mozza/cheddar)
1 small onion diced
1/2 green pepper diced

Instructions:

In a square baking sheet or round pizza pan, spread cream cheese evenly to cover the entire bottom of pan. Mix chile and salsa together in a bowl and spread evenly over the top of the cream cheese. Spread onions and green pepper evenly over chile/salsa. Top with the shredded cheese and bake @ 375 degrees until the cheese is melted and edges of the dip are bubbling. Remove from oven, use nachos for dipping, and enjoy!
