CARP to launch national TV campaign

CARP will launch a national TV advertising campaign, starting in mid-March, to boost membership.
The campaign will feature a 30-second commercial that emphasizes the value of a CARP membership: “Who wouldn’t spend $19.95 a year to save hundreds – maybe even thousands – of dollars?”
The commercial will air on CTV and CBC Newsworld, and will direct viewers to the CARP web site and to a 1-800 number. The initial campaign will run for 8 weeks, but if results are good, it may be extended further.
