FootFall, the world leader in the provision of retail business information and pedestrian counting systems, is pleased to announce that they have entered into a strategic partnership with Brickstream, providers of advanced customer behaviour measurement technology, based in Atlanta, Georgia.
The partnership will complement the services currently offered by FootFall Ltd by adding the ability to capture in-store customer movements and in-store customer behaviour, to the current measures of entry footfall, conversion ratios and staff/footfall mapping. The overall effect is to make it easier for retailers to turn already valuable footfall, staffing and conversion information into actionable business metrics that improve the customer experience in store and ultimately improve sales and margins.
