Brickstream Corporation, a leading provider of automated in-store customer behavior measurement solutions, recently received Distinguished and Merit Awards from the Atlanta Chapter of the Society for Technical Communication (STC). The Society sponsors the technical publications competition to determine, recognize, and encourage excellence in communication through printed media and honors technical writers and editors who set the standards for published technical communication.
Brickstream received two Merit Awards. The first Merit Award was for its Dashboard Users Guide. The second Merit Award was for its White Paper, The Value of Delivering a Better Branch Experience. Brickstream also received a Distinguished Award for The Value of Delivering a Better Branch Experience white paper, making it automatically eligible for the International Technical Publications Competition (ITPC).
The publications were evaluated for such qualities as production, design and typography, copy editing, content and organization, and graphics. In addition, winning publications met the stated purpose for the intended audience.
