Brickstream is pleased to announce the following releases - Brickstream Manager 1.0, Brickstream Tools 3.0, and Brickstream Tracker 3.0.   Utilized by our services groups, these products provide improved tracking, site configuration, and site management capabilities.   These releases further our position as the leading provider of customer behavior measurement solutions and our goal of helping organizations improve their customer experience and drive profitable sales growth through more effective service, marketing and sales strategies.   

 

Brickstream Manager 1.0 provides increased capabilities and efficiencies for configuration management and on-going customer site management.   Manager 1.0 is comprised of the following systems: the Manager website, Enterprise Data Manager and the Site Data Manager.  The Manager website serves as a centralized interface for site configuration management, user management, system event management, system event logging, reporting, and results in faster and more accurate customer implementation and maintenance. 

 

Enterprise Data Manager represents our new enterprise-level management system that controls and monitors the flow of data files, logs, events from the site into the Brickstream Data Platform and ultimately, into the Brickstream Data Warehouse.  Site Data Manager is the site-level management system that controls and monitors the flow of data files, logs, event at the site-level.  Via these systems, Brickstream can better proactively monitor and manage the growing number of customer sites utilizing the Brickstream solutions, providing higher levels of customer service and system availability. 

 

Brickstream Tools 3.0 provides an improved software toolset for configuring and validating customer site configurations.  Tools 3.0 allow customer site configurations to be implemented in less time with less effort, providing our customers with a faster return on their investment.  Tracker 3.0 continues to build on our patented, industry-leading solution for customer behavior measurement via improved tracking algorithms.   The enhanced algorithms provide more precise tracking of entities from one camera to the next.

 

“These tools will advance the implementation and delivery of our BehaviorIQ solutions to our customers” said Chris Tyner, Product Manager for the Retail Segment.  The tools add to the portfolio of tools and utilities used by Brickstream customers today.  Availability is Q1 2005.
