Spanning 16.1 miles, the Nürburgring features 33 left turns and 40 right turns that pass through the village of Nürburg, Germany, in the Eifel Mountains. The Nürburgring consists of a long North loop track that was built in the 1920s and a Grand Prix racetrack that was constructed in 1984. The track hosts several major international racing events each year.
