MileOne Automotive has been the American Cancer Society's Regional Sponsor for over 13 years. Each year a vehicle is donated to help raise money for Cancer Research. This year, MileOne will be donating the all-new 2013 Mazda CX-5. $5 raffle tickets will be available for purchase at every ACS Relay For Life event throughout the year. The next two events MileOne will be attending are:
- May 18, 2012: Carroll County Agriculture Center & Shipley Arena
- June 1, 2012: Long Reach High School in Howard County
