EH&E Announces the Formation of an ESOP

In the third quarter of 2010, EH&E took the first step towards employee ownership with the formation and funding of an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).  “This is an exciting development for both our employees and our clients.  The ESOP will allow our employees to deepen their involvement with the inner workings of the company and benefit directly from the continued long-term growth of the enterprise”, notes Jack McCarthy, President of EH&E.  “A key feature of the ESOP is to reinforce the basic values of our corporate culture. We feel that the EH&E ESOP helps recognize the many contributions made  by our exceptional professional staff and will aid in the recruitment of new talent that share our values to ensure that we continue to provide our clients with innovative business solutions and exceptional service.”
