The New England Confectionery Company (NECCO) building in Cambridge, Massachusetts had been a candy-manufacturing facility for 75 years, and EH&E provided assistance to the building owner who was converting it to a state-of-the-art biotech laboratory research facility for use by Novartis Institutes for BioMedical Research.
