Take its advanced engineering, for example. All four-cylinder Accords, now feature 166-horsepower while V-6 models boast a whopping 244-horsepower. The 2006 Accord is also equipped with aerodynamic styling to minimize noise and Daytime Running Lights (DRL) to maximize visibility.
As for the V-6 models, there’s even more power in ’06 as this mighty sedan boasts a whopping 244-horsepower. All V-6 Accords are also complete with Vehicle Stability Assist (VSA®) with brake assist, revised suspension steering and braking as well as a new torque converter and rear engine mount.
Sporting a sleek new style, the 2006 Accord has a redesigned front and rear fascia and instrument panel, new sheet metal for rear-quarter panels, satin chrome detail trim and accents and a new grain trim. New exhaust finishers, lED center mount brake and heated side mirrors (on EX and V-6 models) as well as three new available colors (Alabaster Silver Metallic, Carbon Bronze Pearl and Royal Blue Pearl) also top the list of Accord additions.
