- World Publications is pleased to announce that Mike Horan has been promoted to Vice President of Sales.  Mike has been with World Publications for seven years in various sales positions. Mike has been in the Remainder and Promotional Book Industry for more than 20 years.
 
 - Bob Walker, president of American Book Company, retired at the end of 2002. A long time participant in the remainder and bargain book industry, Bob helped build American Book Company into one of the largest remainder wholesalers in the country. In his retirement he will work with his son  managing three Postal Centers, USA. He and his wife will reside in Massachusetts.
