Quantis E-Z Kleen is an enhanced washdown product that uses the same coating process as Tigear-2 E-Z Kleen. This product is designed to handle typical washdown sprays and sanitizing solutions that are seen in food applications. No other competitor offers this type of corrosion resistant coating in the industry. Testing proves that this coating system provides more than three times the corrosion resistance of standard epoxy painted units.

Quantis E-Z Kleen is available in the floowing configurations?

• ILH, RHB, and MSM in case sizes 38 through 108
• C-face clamp collar, C-Face 3-piece coupled, and Separate inputs
• Solid output shaft (ILH, RHB, MSM); Hollow and Tapered Output Shaft (RHB, MSM)
  

Quantis E-Z Kleen has the following options:

• You can choose color of paint,
• type of seals,
• type of lubricant,
• and whether the customer wants a TDNC output shaft or not.

Baldor is pleased to announce the expansion of our SSE™ Super-E® Stainless Steel product line to include Close-Coupled Pump Motors.

These new designs offer a higher level of protection than a typical washdown motor, and are especially effective in highly corrosive environments where paint or other finishes do not hold up.
