“Making Energy Efficiency Work For You” was the theme at an Energy Seminar hosted by Baldor on Monday, January 8. The Seminar was designed for energy managers, plant and maintenance managers and engineers involved in plant or facility operations. Over 50 of these engineers attended from industrial companies in Northwest Arkansas that included WalMart, Tyson Foods, ABF, Hiram Walker, OK Foods, Cargill and many others.

Baldor recieves two "Product of the Year" awards from Plant Engineering magazine. The products are the "H2 Washdown Duty Inverter" and the "Stainless Steel Servo Rated Gearheds".

The H2 Washdown Inverter Drive is Baldor’s newest addition to the highly reliable H2 products family. Providing the same benefits as the Nema 1 version, this package is rated for Nema 4x/IP65. Ratings range from 1Hp up to 10Hp and are in stock today.

The new Stainless Steel Servo Gearheads provide a higher torque handling capacity and lower backlash rating compared to Baldor’s standard servo rated gearheads.
