Baldor annouces Quarterly Dividend
Baldor's Board of Directors meeting on October 28, 2006 announced a cash dividend.
The Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.17 per share on the Company's common stock. The cash dividend is payable on January 3, 2007, to shareholders of record on December 15, 2006.

Culligan Chooses New Baldor H2 Inverter
Culligan located in Tulsa, OK, is making good use of our newest Baldor H2 inverter. In this facility, Culligan bottles small 8 oz to large 5-gallon bottled water used by their commercial and industrial customers.
In the Deionization/ Regeneration area, backwash funnels are used and must hold a desired pressure. By using the PID function of the drive, the line operator never has to worry about having too much or too little water pressure. More importantly, the Baldor drive is able to deliver a steady water flow and pressure rate.
