Baldor joined over nine hundred exhibiters at the Water Environment Federation Technical Exhibition and Conference held in Washington DC October 29 through November 2, 2005. WEFTEC is the largest gathering of water quality professionals in North America and hosts the premiere technical sessions and exhibitions for water and wastewater facilities operators.

Plant Engineering has selected two new Baldor products as finalists for their 2005 Plant Engineering Product of the Year Awards. These products will be featured in the November issue of Plant Engineering magazine.

The magazine's readers will vote on the best products of the year and the winners will be notified in January. The two selected Baldor products were the Stainless Steel Super E Washdown Motor and the BE$T version 2 Energy Savings Software Tool.
