Attorney Representation at the U.S. Consulate in Cuidad Juarez, Mexico
With the many changes in immigration law occuring today, having an attorney represent you at your visa interview at the U.S. consulate may be a good idea. Attorney Ann Badmus will accompany and represent third country nationals (TCN) interested in obtaining visas at the U.S. Consulate in Cuidad Juarez, Mexico. She just returned from a successful trip in August 2003. Our next scheduled trip is in November, 2003. If interested, please contact Ann Badmus by September 15.

All categories of business immigration, including unskilled workers, continue to be current, which means that all workers with approved visa numbers can apply for adjustment of status or consular processing. If you have an approved I140 and have not applied for adjustment of status (the final phase of the permanent residence application), now is the time to do it.
