Security Checks and "Zero Tolerance" Now INS Policy

INS's Proposed 30 day Visitor Rule which may take effect on May 14, 2002 does not have the full support of Congress. The proposed rule would limit most B1 and B2 visitors to a 30 day stay. Currently, B2 visitors automatically receive a six month stay.
