Attorney Stephen Bowes Joins Badmus Immigration Law Firm

Badmus Immigration Law Firm is pleased to announce that Attorney Stephen C. Bowes has joined our organization as an Associate Attorney. Steve has primarily concentrated his practice in the field of immigration law since 1997. He has successfully completed a number of cases in a variety of immigration areas, and has an especially high success rate obtaining legal status for small-business investors seeking E-2 Treaty Investor status with minimal dollar investments.
Steve has also handled many cases involving a variety of work visa categories such as H1-B and R-1 Religious Workers, and petitions for permanent residence based on work/job offers, as well as numerous cases involving family sponsorship for permanent residence.

Steve began practicing law in 1995 as a private practitioner, and joined Badmus Immigration Law Firm in 2002. In addition to immigration law, Steve has experience in other areas of the law, including family law, business law, and general civil litigation. Steve joined the Badmus Immigration Law Firm so that he could concentrate his practice exclusively in immigration law.
