Doug Greenhaus, chief regulatory counsel for the National Automobile Dealers Association (NADA) and American Truck Dealers (ATD), will moderate an ATD Industry Roundtable on how new Phase 2 greenhouse gas/fuel efficiency mandates will impact the commercial truck industry. The roundtable also will explore the potential for stringent new NOx standards.
