iService Customer Portal :
The iService customer portal or online appointment scheduler can be used inside your existing dealership website. This capability empowers customers to schedule appointments in real-time when it's convenient for them. Customers can select the work they need performed and they can see (in real-time) what dates and times are available to fit their schedules.

iService Dealer Portal :
Once the appointment is scheduled, it instantly appears in the shop loading backend application (Dealer Portal) from where you can efficiently manage your technician’s time using the production management interface. In addition, all the data is bi-directionally (pushed and pulled) integrated to your DMS. All of your appointments and RO's are also integrated into iCRM to help close the loop of determining the customer spend in both the Sales and Service Departments.
