It's hard to believe that back to school season is already here, but it's evident in the elaborate displays and surplus of bins overflowing with items like glue sticks, crayons, pencils and notebooks at retailers everywhere.

While the average American parent will spend over $100 on traditional school supply items, for many families this is an expense they simply can't afford. But, you can help! Host a school supply drive in your store and give back to the less fortunate children in your community. Encourage customers and prospects to join in and collect donated supplies in your sales and service departments. The initiative will without a doubt spark customer participation and drive traffic to your door.
