REPORT REFRESH, D & B's newest service

Report Refresh is a service that enables contract customers who request reports via the Internet to refresh a Business Information Report or Comprehensive Report an unlimited number of times for a full year for only $20 for BIR Refresh and $30 for Comprehensive Refresh. 

This service will give you the most up-to-date information on your customers without having to buy new reports. 

With this new service you will:

  • Get the latest data when you need it
  • Review your customer base quarterly, monthly or whenever you want
  • Pull reports in response to alerts without additional cost

You can order Refresh Reports two ways:

1.      After ordering a BIR or Comprehensive Report, you will be asked if you would also like to order Refresh.

2.      You can go into your Archive and order Refresh for any BIR or Comprehensive Report ordered in the past 30 days.


To access Refresh Reports go to archive, click on the Report Refresh tab, select
the box and click on Refresh.  You may also go to a new tab called “Report Refresh”.  You will be charged at the time you set-up accounts for Refresh Reports.
