Curious About Credit Managers from Mid-Size Companies

 The following question was posted recently to the anscers Community Bulletin Board:
I am curious and just want some input from credit managers out there.
I started as a collection manager at my present job, although I was a credit & collection manager from previous job. After a year, billing dept. was given to me, two years later credit functions were given to me as well. This is just a mid- size company and with great people and the best boss I ever had.
I only have 3 staff, down from 7. Are there any credit managers from mid-size companies that also handle billing, A/R charge backs collection, credit?
