ExperienceD the Magic? WRCC Wrap Up

The 2003 NACM Western Region Credit Conference was held on September 24, 25, & 26, 2003 at the Orange County Hyatt in California. Keynote speaker Lola Gillebaard wowed the attendees with her presenation on Humor in the workplace. The conference offered over 18 breakouts sessions over a 3 day period. The topics ranged from Collection Techniqes, Bankruptcy and Data Mining to Technology in education. The attendees worked hard but there was time for a little fun. Thursday evening they were entertained by Magician Bruce Gold of the infamous "Got Milk" commerical.

As the sessions winded down on Friday, the attendees were delighted by the closing speaker Mr. Willie Jolley. Willie voice has been heard by many in TV commericals such like Pizza Hut, 7/11 stores and many more. Willie's message was “It only takes a minute to change your life”. All in all the over 200 attendees met the challenge of 2003 by educating themselves, having a little fun and most importanly Networking with peers.
