Free Webinar Series on Web Services for Business Credit
www.anscers.com

Following the positive response to the first ever Technology Forum at the 2003 Western Region Credit Conference, where exhibitors were given an opportunity to show off their latest technology products and services for attendees, we have decided to launch a Webinar series that will give CMA’s business partners the same opportunity to inform CMA’s members about the latest technologies available to credit professionals. These Webinars will be offered FREE to members as an educational opportunity to explore the leading-edge software and Web-based services that CMA makes available through it’s partner and preferred vendor relationships. The presenters will provide information about the features and benefits of various technologies developed for credit professionals, as well as give live demonstrations of their brand name products and services.

CMA affinity partner American Check Management will open the series with a Webinar on Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). Rudet Fountain of ACM will talk about the various kinds of EFT available to credit professionals, and he will demonstrate ACM’s new Web-based service that makes EFT instantly available to CMA members who are interested in accepting sales and collection payments over the phone.

CMA is excited to introduce members to this new service, which benefits include:
  • Increases ability to get paid when performing collection calls
  • Improves A/R aging
  • Reduces DSO
  • Eliminates lengthy wait time associated with mail services, fax checks, and lockboxes
  • Significantly lowers cost than credit card processing fees
  • CODs can become CIA (cash in advance)
  • Centralizes cash flow activities
  • Reduces collection/handling/processing of payment cost
  • NSFs are discovered earlier
