Report duplicate subjects from any subject search results page on anscers. These duplications have built up as a result of our previous methods of collecting data. As a result there might be 4 duplicate subjects in the system, each containing separate tradelines and alerts. If you pull a credit report on just one of the four your missing the bigger picture.
 
To report duplicate subjects from the subject search results page click the link “Report Duplicate Subjects”

The following screen will display. Enter the subject ID (number), subject name and indicate using the checkbox which subject you think is the most correct. Click the “Submit Duplicates” button to finalize your reporting.

Once received, CMA will merge the subjects upon review, and the next day the merged subject will be accessible on anscers.
