The anscers Business Credit Reports have new, valuable information from CMA’s Collection Division. If the customer you are pulling a report on has been in Collection with CMA, that data will now appear on the anscers Business Credit Report.
 
The header of the report will tell you if the customer has been in collection with CMA, look for the highlighted red section “In CMA Collection”.

The end of the report will contain the current status of the claim, the date placed and the amount owning and paid.
