| New COM Express Rounds Out Module Offering |

A complete family of COM Express™ modules that uniquely address a broad range of commercial and truly rugged applications was unveiled at the Embedded Systems Conference in Silicon Valley. Ampro’s COM 830 product offers a choice of Intel® Core™ Duo U2500 at 1.2 GHz (dual core CPU) or Celeron® M 423 at 1.07 GHz (single core CPU) processors. Ampro’s rugged COM 840 module is supporting Intel’s next generation Centrino™ Duo / Core™ 2 Duo platform (code named Santa Rosa) in the first half of 2007, with a choice of Core 2 Duo T7500 CPU at 2.2 GHz or Core 2 Duo L7500 CPU at 1.6 GHz, along with 4 MB of on-chip L2 cache and powerful 800 MHz FSB (front side bus). Together, these advanced technology pluggable modules enable a brand new class of battery-powered military and industrial portable computers with ACPI power management as well as next-generation imaging, gaming, signage, and streaming media applications that leverage the bandwidth of the PCI Express™ x16 ("by 16") interface to the baseboard.

ReadyPanel™ 6.5 and ReadyPanel 10 Systems Now With Daylight-Readable and XGA LCDs |

Ampro has now broadened its line of Panel PC systems to target OEMs who need finer display resolutions or wish to deploy systems in outdoor or bright environments. The ReadyPanel™ 10 industrial panel computer, introduced in February, enables rapid deployment of digital signage, human machine interface (HMI), and medical applications. System manufacturers can now order the product with either a daylight-readable VGA display or a 1024 x 768 resolution XGA display, to complement the existing choices of operating systems, RAM size up to 1 GB DDR SODIMM, CompactFlash size, hard disk drive capacity (optional), CANbus or other PC/104 expansion I/O connectivity and scalable CPU performance from 500 MHz to 1.4 GHz. ReadyPanel 6.5 now supports a choice of VGA and XGA resolutions with most of the same accompanying options as ReadyPanel 10.
