On March 25, 2009 Alpha Software www.alphasoftware.com  hosted a live 1-hour webinar featuring seven specialists in various aspects of ecommerce.

The idea was to provide a comprehensive overview of ecommerce best practices for people looking to implement or upgrade an ecommerce system. 

The webinar was far reaching and covered technology, design principles, traffic generation to an ecommerce web site as well as long term customer retention.

The interest and attendance  was extremely high, but not everyone was able to attend the live webinar, so we have gone ahead and recorded a special studio version of the webinar, which we are delighted to present here! (Actually we have added some bonus material.)
