The class is available as both a download or on a DVD-ROM that we ship to you.

The download version of this course has a file size of 700 megabytes. You will need an additional 700 MB to unzip the file on your hard drive to unzip it.

Unless you have a very reliable and fast Internet connection, you may be better off purchasing the DVD-ROM version. (Also - you can also run directly from the DVD-ROM so you will not need to use any hard drive space, if desired.)

The DVD version can be played on any PC with a DVD drive. You can install the files to your hard drive or you can run it directly from the DVD. If you run from the DVD, you also have the option of downloading just the videos you want to your hard drive.

System Requirements

The training course plays inside any web browser using the free Flash Plugin from Adobe. If you do not have Flash installed, you will automatically be prompted to download. You need to have a DVD drive - if you want to order the DVD version. Note this course does not play on a DVD player (like the kind hooked up to your TV), but will play on virtually any PC. You also need to have speakers or headphones for the audio. If you want to install the DVD (not required) - you need 1.5GB free hard drive space.
