Xbasic CliniX
Untitled This month we are introducing a new section, “Xbasic CliniX”, to the Alpha Newsletter.  Our hope and intent is that it will help you explore and learn the rich world of Xbasic.  This section of the newsletter, as well as every article and tip, is open for your response and questions.  Hopefully your interest and input will drive the content and direction of Xbasic CliniX.

If you’ve ever contemplated learning Xbasic, now is the time to start.  Alpha Five version 5 is upon us with it’s vast improvements and extensions of Xbasic.  Soon to be released as well, the web server version of Alpha Five version 5 will allow us to use Xbasic in the web environment.  Late next year we should see the client version of Alpha Five version 5 appear, giving us the ability to use Xbasic while accessing data from virtually any ADO-compliant data source.  Knowledge and skill with Xbasic will give you the tools to expand and extend your database applications to higher levels.  Need another reason to learn Xbasic?  It’s fun!
