Dear Dealer Partner,

Due to the rising cost of fuel and prevailing market conditions, AIS will assess a 2.5% of net surcharge to all Commercial and GSA orders, effective June 1, 2008. We will continue to evaluate the surcharge based on current market conditions and make necessary adjustments. This surcharge does not currently apply to negotiated state contracts.

This surcharge will apply to all orders entered beginning June 1, 2008 - there are no exceptions, so please submit your orders by May 31st to avoid the surcharge.
