Admiral Mechanical & Electrical go the extra mile

New buildings have to conform to a wealth of regulations and be sensitive to their environmental impact, from reducing energy usage to minimising waste. The demands placed upon modern industrial premises and building interiors make the mechanical and electrical service elements of a project an important and integral part of the overall design process. To ensure that the client takes possession of premises that are capable of meeting their current and future needs, the careful integration of mechanical and electrical services is required.

The Admiral team has the knowledge, expertise and practical experience to realise the environmental and technological goals for many types of building. Understanding the needs and demands of builders whether it is for a public sector project such as a school, a new corporate office headquarters or a retail development is second nature to AME.

They offer clients the full range of skills and services that they need, from design, technical, engineering, procurement, site management and project co-ordination.  Their design teams use the latest computer aided design (CAD) software to ensure that a project plan does become reality.  Having excellent relationships with a range of suppliers who can cover any requirement coupled with in-house procurement specialists ensures that AME secure the best prices from the supply chain for their customers. Admiral is also ISO14001 and ISO 9001 certified, adhering to the global standard for environmental management and service delivery.

“It’s very rare in this industry that people are prepared to go the ‘extra mile’ to achieve goals for our clients. Admiral’s proactive approach can only lead to more projects with the hospital.”
Steve Burke - HPM Operations Director, Whittington Hospital

In order to effectively deal with the modern requirements for a building project, a number of disparate skills are required. These skills must be managed effectively by a project manager who will work across a project, ranging from air conditioning, heating, water, waste, electrical supply, lighting through to building management, security and safety systems and tackle every technical challenge along the way.

“It's quite a challenge” agrees Steve Gibson from AME “We pull together skills from many disciplines to offer a comprehensive service to our clients”
