Capstone, led by president and managing partner John Ferrara, recently added several senior professionals from rival Wall Street firms to strengthen its team, including managing director Tom Collins, formerly a director with RBC Capital Markets/Tucker Anthony, director and general counsel Charlie Galland, who moves over from Lincoln Education Services' Computer-Ed Institute, and vice president Jim Beakey, formerly of Adams, Harkness & Hill, Inc.
