Life Settlements… What is your position: Actively selling? Confused? Looking for education?

In the years ahead, Life Settlements might well become a part of every agent’s standard operating procedure. Still, at present, it appears as though the settlement market is growing exponentially with many producers still "sitting on the fence." Why is this the case? Have producers been hesitant to pursue this market due to the fact that many insurance companies have expressed their disapproval of settlements? Do agents confuse this company position with that of non-recourse loans?
