Building Your RoHS Due Diligence Defense
WMS, in cooperation with AEA, will present the second in a series of RoHS events on Thursday, June 16th from 7:30 am to 11:30 am at the Embassy Suites in Lynnwood. This breakfast meeting will provide manufacturers with the latest legislative updates on the rapidly changing RoHS/WEEE standards and will cover the steps companies need to take to implement due diligence. Due diligence is a well-documented legal principle that appears to be emerging as the basis for RoHS compliance across the European Union. Courts have refined its meaning to include taking all reasonable steps to achieve compliance.
