While the impact of the legislation that President Bush signed into law this past Friday will not be known for some time, one thing we can be certain of is the positive impact the legislation will immediately have on charities. The legislation contained provisions retroactively extending the Charitable IRA Rollover opportunities that had expired on December 31, 2007. If you are 70 ½ or older, or know someone that age, we urge you to become aware of the opportunity to support Siena College and other charities of your choice with your IRA.
