In June, fifteen students from Siena College will travel to Vseliub, Belarus to clear brush, right gravestones, and install a fence around a Jewish cemetery abandoned since the German army swept through the area in 1941 on their way to the Eastern front. Alumna in Iraq to Distribute Care Packages to Troops
Lieutenant Allison Capozza, a 2003 graduate of Siena College, is a Signal Officer in the United States Army, assigned to the 101st Air Assault Division, Fort Campbell, Ky. The Cooperstown native has volunteered to distribute care packages to injured soldiers on the base where she works, near Tikrit.
