Siena College is proud to announce that the Honorable Larry J. Rosen has agreed to serve as our DISTINGUISHED JURIST IN RESIDENCE.
Judge Rosen is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Hobart College ’69 and a graduate of Duke University School of Law ’73. He served as Albany City Court Judge from 1985-1995 and Albany County Court Judge from 1996-2001. Judge Rosen has been in private practice since 2001, serving as New York Senate Minority Counsel from 2001-2005. Judge Rosen has chaired the City of Albany Charter Revision Commission and the City of Albany Police Chief search since his departure from the bench.
Judge Rosen will be holding regular office hours for advising, mentoring and guiding our students who have questions related to the study and practice of law.
